As far as toddlers on Lao Liang, no problem as long as you keep a good eye on them as it is an island
surrounded by water and no kiddy fencing! A couple with a young family were there as the same time
as we were and in the end anyone who wasnt climbing sort of ended up playing with the kids, which
included some slack line action.
The tent resort is the only accomodation and i would recommend booking. taking a chance and just
turning up could end in disaster. You could probably sleep on the beach but the mozzies will eat you
as well as the hermet crabs.
We took a boat ride one morning for some of the best snorkelling ever, however these rides are
dependant on availability and desire of the locals to take you. As for other activities there are none but
its amazing how quickly you learn to relax. There is snokelling straigt off the beach and the tide doesnt
go out like in Tonsai where you have to walk across reef. Hope this answers some questions. Doc
