We climbed at a fabulous area, Nomad Springs aka The Mysto, on Mt Essendene in late May, perfect weather and great rock It included the amazing wave of rock with ness that was the cover of Rock in 2002(?). I'd guess you have 3 good months a year there. Kunanurra is a bit north of there. Among the choss there ias some good rock scattered through the desert. Many climbers have worked around the Hammersly and climbed there (Dave Wagland) and there is a guide to northern WA available. Hmm, I just looked at a map and it's half a state away, still, you should have a few good months a year. Good luck
