Oh, why two stems. Should have phrased it like that before. The fork is off a larger framed bike (I go for petite ones personally), thus has a long steerer. I didn't have enough spacers, so a stem had to suffice. I never got around to cutting it, and in fact decided to fit 2 sets of bars just for a laugh.
