My Australian insurance company, through Flightcentre, won't give approval for a helicopter rescue OKd by the expedition leader without consulting the Sydney office. The expedition company won't let me go without the insurance company OKing a helicopter if it is too difficult to reach them by phone. I'm stuck in the middle. Any ideas?
