Hi all,

I am looking for a new tenant to take over my lease in Woodend. (15mins from Camel's Hump, 2 and bit hours to the Gramps) Woodend is an hour from Melbourne and service by a regular train service to Southern Cross.

This property is located in a quiet street in small hamlet of Woodend and is situated 5 minutes from shops, train station, schools and local restaurants.

The house is situated on half an acre with spacious sheds, ready to go chicken coop and prepared veggie gardens. The private backyard offers views of Mt Macedon and is bordered at the front by a bush land reserve.

Inside there are polished floorboards throughout with 2 enclosed wood heaters (split wood can be made available by arrangement). The kitchen includes gas oven and plenty of storage and bench space.

The house is available from the 2nd of April onwards and subject to application approval through real estate agency.
