It's HUGE!! About 3m long, and 1m wide, super sturdy (custom built from BHP steel, and canvas/foam for the padding). Weights not included (but can prob throw in the barbell). Behind the bench is a dip station (2 parallel bars), and if u were good at working with metal, u could easily add a squat rack (or chinup bar/ hangboard) to the existing beefy frame work. Would hold up well outdoors with a coat of paint. Pickup is from Sydney North (Pennant Hills) and would require a ute as it's all welded solid.
