I didnt have an 80s tape but my daughters wiggles CD may have been even more effective.

I considered the police but we didnt have mobile coverage so I would have had to drive to halls gap or at least to where i would get reception. And of course the police or the wiggles CD may both have prompted retaliation. I think beyond the initial request to turn it down, leaving or ignoring were the only sensible options.

i was actually pretty calm although you are completely right about thoughts of revenge making it even harder to sleep.

I tried sticking tissue in my ears but it didnt really help, i am not sure that even proper ear plugs would have been enough in this case but I think I will get some all the same.
