Perhaps you have thought way more in-depth about it than I have, but I had no intention to manipulate results or discriminate against climbers living near the crag! In my head (the weird thing that it is), if you live in a small rural community (e.g. Natimuk/Blackheath) and in your day to day activities you spend money in the local community - you are a climber that supports the local economy near a climbing destination (as well as buying from home). If it was market research to encourage a climbing event/access, I would probably manipulate the question to also identify climbers that live in the region.

Having just purchased a semi-rural property close to a climbing destination, my mind is far from running a city-centric poll!
