I would talk to the Photographer before doing anything with it.
My experience with this was I took some photos of a mate climbing and then a few months later there was a Whipper Magazine article with one of my photos in there with no mention of the photographer.
No one got any money for article or anything and i wouldn't have minded if there was money involved but i was really offended that i wasn't given any credit for the photo!
so before you use the photo make sure you tell the photographer and maybe give them the credit - you wouldn't ever see a Simon Carter photo around without his name credited on it. |
