Hello all, Just wondering what peoples opinions are on the rights to a photo. Consider this situation. I'm a climber and someone asks if they can take a photo of me leading something really exposed. They take an awesome photo and give me a copy. So now who owns the photo? Intuitively I guess the photographer, but does that mean I have no say on how he uses it. Furthermore what if I want to use it, say to submit it to a magazine. Would it be just poor form or would it be borderline stealing?
