Am I the only one to have noticed the pattern in Bear Grylls television making? First of all he creates Man vs Wild, basically parroting all the information from John Wiseman's The SAS Survival Handbook. That all goes rather well, so what to do next? Hmmm, how about Worst Case Scenario. Thankfully John Wiseman also has written a book about that too - The Urban Survival Handbook. Yet I've never noticed any acknoledgement of him in any of the MvW credits. Must make their production meetings pretty easy though - "...so Bear, what chapter shall we plagiarise next?"
