You dont need to be accredited according to work cover rather be able to demonstrate competency if requested.
The code of conduct relating to which ever organisation you train with ARAA or IRATA etc are the ones who insist that you be suitable qualified. And also building managers and the like will want to see papers
If I were in your shoes I'd certainly take a course though, It's not an industry that accomodates mistakes |
