I have three or so a day. An espresso after a piss on wakeup, and another about 30 mins later. At about 10:00 I have a flat white. On a shite day I have another about 2:00pm.

If for some reason don't have one by 10.30-11.00 am I get headaches that are pretty much impossible to kill with either tablets or maximum caffeine. I also become a cnut to be around (apparently).

I would be surprised if I have gone a day in the last 25 years without coffee.

But I dunno if I'd say I was addicted!
