OK, I confess it was me spreading those rumours. My source was Steven Wilson who said he thought Martin had considered removing the hold prior to the first ascent (ie cleaning) because it was loose and would make the climb more consistent at the grade. Anyway sooner or later the hold was going to go. You've done well Timmy. |
