I understand all the great things the club does, but fo r me joining a club is about meeting other people and because it is in Melbourne (the meetings I mean) then it's really hard to get to the meetings and events if you live in rural/regional areas. And they are the things I'd like to go to if I join a formal club. Maybe the VCC could have an "associate" membership for those of us who can't get to meetings or live in the sticks or we could have "chapters" in larger regional towns? Maybe this would address some of these issues.
