If it smells like fish, tastes like fish and looks like fish isn't it probably a fish. I smell in this particular case the stinky mullet of your pretty average set of corporate manoeuvres to get around a industry exclusion clause. A standard condition in sale of large valuble businesses. But, gee what would I know ; )
