>Which raises the question -- how many, if any, overseas retail suppliers >would offer to financially support THIS website if the current local sponsor >felt it was no longer commercially worthwhile? And that justifies paying well over the odds for gear? Maybe each time we buy stuff from overseas we should donate some cash to chockstone? To be fair I think rockhardware does a very good job, and makes efforts to be price competitive. I have therefore purchased stuff from there before...but just when the quantity doesn't justify the postage charges from overseas.
