Ha! thats gotta be one of the hardest things walking out after a long day with a huge pack.
I bought some gym rings, theyre great because you can adjust the height for certain exercises to suit your ability and there's always harder and harder stuff you can do.
I do chinups, pushups, Ring Rows (backwards pushups, lying on ur back), Dips and leg lifts.
do Pilates or something for your core too. gym rings are good for that over regular pushups etc too because everything wobbles around. i can do 1/3 the amount of pushups on rings as i can do on the floor. |
