I would suggest that you wouldnt be covered by insurance because your not qualified. Also what gear are you using, the workplace standard for gear is different than for personal gear. etc. And working with children, and teaching children is different than just climbing, without knowing anything about you, do you think you are able to teach and supervise a whole lot of kids successfully? How many in the group and will their be enough instructors to cover the standard ratio's? If I were you I would either get qualified or find someone who is qualified.
