the only way we can truly achieve the fabled 12 star routes is by way of more/bigger/closer/shinier bolts. how can we ever expect to fully embrace the beauty of the line if we have to worry about whether or not we can dog the moves when we fall off?
it is elitist & backwards to do otherwise & deny the next generation of climbers the opportunity to completely experience the rock |
