I wouldn't even worry about picking individual routes. A better idea might be the best 5 sport walls in the Mtns....
My list would be..
1. Black Heathen Wall
2. Shipley upper, especially all the routes off the logs,
3. Bowens Creek Main wall
4. The Egg
5. Weaselburger wall at Pierces Pass.

There are loads more, the Freezer doesn't even make my list, or Boronia, Diamond falls(the good stuff is 26+), the Glen, most of Porters pass, The Sporting Complex, Logan Brae, Big Top, Atlantis (actually quite good on a miserable windy cold day), Heathcliff, Boyce (especially the walls at lower boyce), The other sport multi pitch areas at Pierces, Zap crag, Bardens Lookdown, Gateway, Judas wall at Garden's of Stone, Rain cave.

Also there are some new areas (eg Sublime Pt, Perry's, Red Ledge and beyond), that are quite good, if you know the right people.

Thought I might add a list of the worst sport walls in the mtns....
1. Grace gully lower wall (the upper wall only saved from this list by Grace itself). Too much broken glass.
2. Hartley Vale Road (sorry mike).
3. James Bond (even though I bolted some there myself)
4. the Bunker
5. I dunno, I've run out, but I'm easy to please.

Interested to see what other people think.
