I've got a little problem I need some help with, watch the video first..
Archie Bouldering
What to do? Should I wash his mouth out with soap? Everyone knows I can't bloody stand aid climbing. The work of the devil.
I've tried banning him from the woody, taking his bolting drill off him and even banned him from playing with his cams, nothing's working...
M9, I don't think you and Archie can be friends anymore and Wendy, same applies to Anthony sorry.

That's so outrageously cute! Anthony heard himself being incriminated from the other side of the room and had to come over to see what he was being accused of, so I got to see it twice. I think this is the result of taking your 6 week old to Buffalo. There are some shady characters around there.
I was really amazed with what Dave and Jill's kids could do on the bouldering wall, and Archie's up there with them. I love how he just crashes onto the pad. There's something totally hysterical about the way toddlers just fall over and bounce up again and he's taken it to a new level.

Given how small Archie is, your bouldering wall must look the size of El Cap. He probably thinks he needs to break out the et's if he is ever going to reach its top.
He is climbing quite nicely though. He obviously studied the way I move on rock when you guys were visiting.

The way he falls is awesome! Just plops off the wall. It looked like he was just going to have a nap while he was lying there.
You used to be cute like that Bl@ke!

just showed my boy who is roughly the same age. "I want climb-ing", was his response. Myself, mixed emotions, pride, and guilt at not having such a facilty built for him and his brothers in my garage.

Nice vid Ado.
Kit him out with a full big-wall rack and tell him that if he's going to be an aid climber he'll need to wear that while he's climbing.
Seems like a bit of soapy water wouldnt go astray either...just to be sure.
Make sure you get it sorted out before he comes down to play with our girls again.

I'm sure no girl will want to go near him if he continues with that carry-on (except maybe Ti - although to her credit she has sold all her aid climbing gear).

I only met him once. He was asleep in your arms at Buffalo at the time.
It is amazing what the power of an aid whisperer can do eh?
Heh, heh, heh.
... Good vid hipster, and you have a great wall too. Best of luck with the indoctrination conversion!

i just bought some aid gear. i'm going to do it because it is stupid, not to try and pick up chicks. if i
wanted to pick up chicks i would move away from the sport of climbing altogether and try something like
figure skating.
