I'm not sure who's missing what here. MSTK only crosses Tjuringa, in the same way Girls On Bikes crosses Intransience. How that wrecks the existing classic is beyond me, apart from it wrecking a pretty picture in a guide! You can't clip the bolts from Tjuringa unless you traverse 6m off route (ie. move into MSTK) - and that is essentially the crux anyway - so good luck with that. Personally, I would have started up Tjuringa, then breached right into the new terrain (thereby still having to use 2 additional bolts) - but that's a matter of what you perceive as a good route, or at least an amazing challenge. Shagadelic in Hunger Gully is a similar example.
