I always wanted to try it but never knew how to go about it.. There was no gym in Geelong at the time, I didnt know who climbed, I didnt know about the gyms in Melbourne.. All I had was copies of Rock and some Wild in the school library.. I used to sit there and read all about HB and Dave Jones! Then an ad was in the paper for Indoor Climbing Instructors at the Rock, got the job, started climbing 5 days a week and the rest is history!
