The Pharos have been the site of several great hoaxes over the years, the most famous involving Bert Newton, Yogi Bear and a helicopter. (1988). This pales into insignificance when compared to the hoax perpetrated on us by those residents of Natimuk who have somehow managed to convince us that not only are they "artists", but that their "art" is somehow worthwhile.
