another variation of what Gordoste advises is.
get 6 problems, ideally on a wall. with difficulties ranging from V0 to V2. do all the problems in a row. do this 5 times. with a 1min rest in between sets.
if you doing this eay, make your resting hanging off a jug for 30secs. ideally you'll end up on thde wall for the entire session.
