Have done three 24s with AYUPs. Narrow for the helmet, intermediate for the frame. On the bike the helmet beam is most important, as when cornering the frame beam is often not optimally on the trail. So, if you are buying a pair, get a narrow for the head and a medium (or int) for the frame, which should also be great on your head for night climbing. Have not tried to use either for climbing, but I imagine they would be pretty awesome compared to the petzls of old.
