Improve your body tension - if there are no heel/toe hooks available its the only thing that enables you to maintain the force between your hands and feet. Good body tension also allows you to take advantage of much smaller toe hooks (if its an undercling, most times you can toe-hook it to some extent) that you wouldn't normally notice and can make all the difference sometimes. Also don' t allow yourself to get too stretched out as it becomes much more difficult to keep the tension when moving your feet. |
