Gluing in the morning, ticking by lunch. ARGGGGHHHHH!!!!!! We use epoxies and the like extensively at work and have a standing work order that says NO LOADING in the proceeding 48Hrs. And we dont subject the threaded anchors to anywhere near the stress that a bolt will take holding a fall, its industrial and its a bit of O/Kill. I think if you check the product data sheets for most of these products you will find that max strength of bond is not achieved until well after the min cure time. I reckon I would be tempted to leave it for at least twenty four hours before ticking it, just to be on the safe side.
