My money is on too cold, or more likely past expiry. Have noticed vague issues when using in cold rather than hot. But they only have a limited shelf life compared to similar products (which sucks). The nozzles won't be the issue, they are both helical and roughly the same. I've switched systems from Ramset 101 (poly) to Powers PowerFast Pro (epoxy) and doubt I'll be switching back. The epoxy has a 3 year shelf life, better more reliable mixing, huge working time (less nozzles wasted), no smell (101 sucks!), is twice as strong and is the same price when you bulk buy. No brainer IMO!
