As an individual who actually did say something directly to her, something very measured and quite polite in response to her breathtakingly rude behaviour, I can attest it had NO impact. She merely snorted, turned on her heel and stormed off. I haven't been back since then because I figure I'd rather drink in the cold at the pines with warm people, than sit in her pub waiting for her to ruin my night again.
