Yes, AGL will pass on the extra money that you have given, to someone either running a green power generator or researching into green power.
Quoted from above, "AGL will for the duration of your Energy Plan supply the electricity grid with equal to 100%...". Not your house
You will not be getting different power from your neighbour.
