I agree. But whats wrong with a bit of risk? Its involved with everything we do. It would be pretty unfun if we avoided all risk. It all depends on the probability of an event occuring and the consequence and how we manage it.
Wasn't it a rogue wave that took him out? So he essentially made it, except for a rogue wave. Can you prepare for one of these? The proverbial does happen sometimes. |
