It's fustrating alright. Who needs to be on the lease? Someone.... or something? Can organisations like charaties etc. be set up easily at a relativly low cost? And if these get sued then what's the go - who has to pony up the money?? I'll consult my lawyer mate (who's also a climber)

It's just so fustrating that litigation maniacs are screwing it up for everyone else - need a new disclaimer, something along the lines of...
"I promise not to be a f*#kwit and f*#k it up for everyone else if I stub my toe. I have also asked my family not to F*#k it up for all my friends if I die."

Who would they go after.... would they go after me... where are they gonna get any money from me?? If I had any money perhaps I'd be worried.

Frustrated... but not defeated yet.
