June is not quite the coldest month, and most days are good for climbing IMO. Horsham's June 2008 temps were 13-19 during the day, with overnight mins of 0-10: thats not that cold. Even the coldest days just need you to dress properly (thermals, downie, beanie, belayer's gloves). It's easy to avoid losing feeling in your fingers by warming up properly before each route - a quick jog up and down a hill does wonders! Last winter on a day which maxed out at 9C, I got a dawn start (for unmentionable purposes) and did half a dozen great pitches on shady routes in the amphitheatre. its definitely the best friction of the year.

Actually there's heaps if you can dog grade 23/4 on bolts. many steep Grampians crags are good for rainy days, again so long as you're dressed properly. And currently it doesn't really rain that much anyway - last June 20 days were completely dry and only 5 days had more than a dusting. you'll need more rest days than the rain forces you to have!
