Even in good rock they loosen with work, not such a prob on the ground-up routes and if I didn't have a
carrot handy one day I wouldn't hesitate placing a good, deep, 10mm true bolt on a GU adventure. But
anywhere they are to recieve alot of work their not too good at all and once they've loosened they can
spin in the wind and the hanger falls off. The problem with a well placed appropriate sized expansion is
not strength but longevity.
