Josh,
I work for the DSE as a firefighter. Please dont come to Victoria to take photos. we are still currently fighting the fires. Roads are still closed to all but emergency vehicles. You will not be able to gain legitimate access to the regions affected by fire unless you have made prior arrangments.
I would say that having been in one of the fires that devestaded a town I find your attitude a little distasteful
