I remember this, however it was a Roger More Bond film (not Sean). The name of the movie was "For your eyes only" and featured a scene where Bond has to prussik up his rope (after falling off an overhang) using his shoelaces.
Strangely enough his shoes never fall off for the rest of the movie.
