Mike is the central figure in quite an entertaining story: he is noticed by two visiting climbers in the
pines, his legs protruding from a wheely bin, covered in filth he emerges, wipes himself down and asks
if they want to go climbing? this was when he was on an extended government funded stay of the piles

such polarity, the "we" and "them" game is really ripping the climbing community apart !
try and think of all the other climbers as fellow brethren of the stone, this will let you get over your
judgemental us and them ways of thinking.
