Id probably have to agree with simey's E6 estimate...I dont know how bad rock factors in to E grades
though. The easiest E8 I saw was still probably 26 insecure slabbing bt at least the rock was good.

Personally I prefer macca's suggestion of tacking an X or R on the end of a grade...so the number
gives you an idea of the difficulty and the other bit indicates how much you dont want to fall off it.

I think with the E grading thing some people were doing routes because of the relatively high E
grade...the grading should just give you information about a route...not be a reason for climbing it.
