Getting out of London does not require getting on the M25 at all! In reply to AussieinLondon: If you're limited to bouldering then head for the Peak District. The (s)limestone may still be in condition (if it ever was in condition this year) and if it's cooling off then the gritstone may be in tolerable condition - there will always be people out at the major areas with mats and I always found the locals to be helpful and generous so a guide generally isn't necessary. Stanage, Burbage South or maybe Burbage North are usually the best bets to meet up with random peeps. BTW, my contacts tell me the weather is allegedly going to be good this weekend up there.
