Go to the top pub ( the snowline) and ask around while you have a counter meal there, and suss out from the lifties and patrollers who's heading up in the morning and if they'd mind giving you a lift. Or simply hitch, Or if you wanna pay there is a bloke with a Land cruiser troopie called 'alpine taxis' (I think), cant imagine it would be much over $50 for the trip, but you still have to pay at the gate... call 03 5759 2589, they'll know. good luck
