i'd be less interested in the typical sport v trad arguments and more interested in how climber's see themselves in society....i reckon most would say we are a bit of an alternative community, green views, adventurer heart's, all that. Would be interesting to contrast with surveying the reality of the weekend warrior or young professional climbers....judging by the large number of spanky shiny people mover's i've seen at araps on weekends of late.
