I'd have to say I don't think she is "as nice as the next person if you make an effort"
I went there with my partner for dinner and we went to order our meals and tried to pay by credit card (which previously had not been a problem). Dragon flew off the handle and announced that we couldn't pay at the kitchen by credit card. My partner said that was fine he would use the atm and return with money, or because we were buying a bottle of wine if she gave us the ticket we would walk it over to the bar and pay for it at the same time as our wine. She looked at us sourly and gave us the ticket. We duly went to the bar and paid and then returned, as we were heading back towards the kitchen to show her the receipt we heard one of the guys working in the kitchen inquire about our order and the dragon announced loudly "Don't start cooking that until that red headed twerp comes back with the receipt." Well I'm not sure what exactly she has against red-heads (I've always had rather a soft spot for them myself) but when my partner pointed out that perhaps calling him a "twerp" was a bit unecessarily rude, she just went red, didn't apologise - incredibly rude - just because you have semi-captive market that's no reason to treat people with no respect.
