Ya sure you want lunchtime classes? I quit doing a 1hr lunchtime class in favour of a 2hr evening one. Longer warm ups and warm downs are a big help.

If you are doing yoga during recovery periods in between climbing sessions avoid doing any hardcore brand like Ashtanga or Bikram. Alternatively, if you want a tough workout, those are the brands to go for.

I would also second Evan's point that Pilates might be more what you are looking for.
