Easter Araps - Missing Club Banner |

I've always thought it's ok to leave stuff around cos if u can't trust a climber - who can u trust??! But now i'm not so sure - after being rained off the cliff at araps, my friends left some stuff in the shelter to find someone nicked it by morning... IT WAS A CLOTH BAG WITH SOME CUTLERY FOR %$#@'S SAKE! I don't think its necessarily the value, more the opportunity. And stealing a club banner is very funny, I also wish it was hoisted up on Bard somewhere. But it would be nice for the club to have it returned obviously... $300 is not expensive for an outdoor banner - i work in the industry and that sounds like a discounted price.
That's life. |
