also who every was saying about parkour before it had a name, your exactly right. Parkour has always
been there. David bell was just the first person to give it a name and define it. For example cave men
running and jumping to catch there pray. Cave men were probably at the peak of physical condition the
human race has ever had. We are just trying to get that back. Also that video is a very bad example of
parkour, its freerunning and that is that. And niel i have used the traceurs roll to land after falling without
the first bit of protection in, and on several boulder problems. |
