was it ever determined who got to the top first ?? (though i prefer to take the view that they both helped each other on the climb and hence whoever did take the last step could only do so cause it was a team effort.) I'd still like to think george mallory got their first anyway... At least it's clear who's sons Peter Hillary, 1990 Jamling Tenzing Norgay, 1996 and grandsons got there first: George Mallory II: 1995 May 14 Tashi Tenzing Norgay, 1997 May 23 rd Now its upto the fourth generation....
