Being one of the original, underwear poopers, I can't recommend it enough. It's a great place to make a weekend trip, nice camping and swimming. The routes are fun if a bit scary and there are plenty of lines to still be done. The 16 to the right of the falls is just bloody great. The 21 to the right of that is excellent and well protected. The best time to go is a week or so after the last rains as the spray from the falls can get your ropes wet. Make sure you take a wet suit and you can have some fun in the canyons above the falls. There are some excellent highball dws as well.
It may be a bit hot to go mid summer, I would leave it until things cool down a bit.
ps. The easiest way to get across to Brown Underpants is to absiel off the falls and rock hop.
