Howdy,

Here are some of my hit picks to ensure an unforgettable trip to Australia:

Tasmania, a best of - Gerry
The Grampians (Select) - Tempest & Mentz
*But there are some brilliant areas that are currently only available on-line(some were closed when Tempest & Mentz did their guide, and others are simply new). I'll do you a list if you're interested...
Arapiles - Tempest & Mentz
Mt Buffalo - Victorian Climbing Club
The Blue Mountains (NSW) - Onsight
The Wolgan Valley (NSW) - Sydney Rock Climbing Club
The Warrumbungles (old - like 1994) Rock guide, which you can order via the mag's website.
Frog (QLD) - not sure who did this
Moonarie (SA)

There is an excellent coffee table book by Simon Carter you might like to check out - "Climbing in Australia". It should give you a bit of an idea of the areas.
